Acupuncture (New and established patients)
Acupuncture can treat many conditions - most things you would go to your doctor for. Acupuncture can help you if you are dealing with anything like pain, injuries, any internal medicine concerns, fertility/reproductive concerns, mental health concerns. .
Acupuncture involves stimulating points on the body via needles, or pressure, to restore the proper circulation of ‘qi’, helping to bring the body back into a balanced and healthy state. While Western medicine focuses on treating symptoms, Chinese medicine’s goal is to treat the root cause of the illness while alleviating accompanying symptoms.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Your first appointment is an opportunity for you to tell us about your symptoms and will typically include:
- A complete health history intake
- Chinese pulse and tongue diagnosis
- Acupuncture treatment (needle retention)
- Other therapies as needed (ie. Moxa, cupping, Gua Sha)
- Chinese herbal recommendations (as needed)
- Dietary/lifestyle recommendations
**New Patients: Book the Acupuncture Initial Intake if you are wanting any kind of acupuncture, including Dry Needling.
Dry Needling/Trigger point acupuncture (established patients)

Holistic Health and Herbal Medicine Consults (New and established patients)
Holistic health/Chinese medicine consult for labs, herbal prescriptions, supplements, and/or nutritional recommendations.
Holistic Health consults include a thorough discussion of your health concern, obtaining a health history, review of Chinese Medicine systems, as well as Western Medicine systems, tongue and pulse diagnosis. This type of appointment is for those wanting to consult about health concerns but don't want to be stuck with needles.

Pelvic Floor Dry Needling (New and established patients)
Dry needling for pelvic floor conditions is a specialized technique designed to target and alleviate pain and dysfunction within the pelvic floor muscles. Most injections can be done without an appointment. Please call or text and arrange a time to pop in for your injection. If you are looking for homeopathic injections, those will require an appointment.
