Elevate Wellness 4163 1st Ave South
Elevate Wellness is located in St Petersburg in the Central Oak Park area. It is a beautiful clinic space located at the corner of 1st Ave South and 42nd Street. There are 5 designated parking spots in the back of the building and plenty of parking on the street as well.
When you arrive, please come in and have a seat in the waiting room. If Kim is in a treatment room, she will be out to greet you shortly. Please turn of your cell phone ringer as we want to create a peaceful environment for everyone receiving treatments.
